178 <br /> BooK 905 P F 207 <br /> SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> The Board of Commissioners of Orange County approved granting a CLASS <br /> A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR "WOODSEDGE", A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT HOUSING <br /> on February 19, 1985. On May 29, 1990 the Board of Commissioners <br /> approved a modification of the Special Use Permit to remove four (4) <br /> mobile home spaces from the existing park, add a residence for the <br /> park manager, relocate the lot lines of the Property and relocate the <br /> required 25 acres of open space from the west side of the existing <br /> park to the south side of the Property. The property subject to this <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT is owned by Roger Dale Stephens and particularly <br /> described in the DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY section of this Special Use <br /> Permit. The terms of the Special Use Permit for "Woodsedge" approved <br /> February 19, 1985 continue in full force and effect except to <br /> the extent modified herein. The terms herein contained are binding <br /> on the present owners, their successors in title and interest, until <br /> such time as the project herein described or the conditions herein <br /> are changed by government action. The modifications described herein <br /> shall be made in accordance with the approved Site Plan for <br /> Woodsedge, the narrative statement of the modification and all other <br /> documents pertaining to the modification, including all erosion <br /> control plans, utilities plans, and building plans, all of which are <br /> incorporated herein and made a part of this Special Use Permit <br /> modification and together show in detail the approved modifications <br /> described above. This Planned Development shall also be maintained <br /> and constructed as required in Section 7.14 of the Orange County <br /> Zoning Ordinance and as prescribed in the special conditions listed <br /> below. This Planned Development-Housing modification is subject to <br /> the following special conditions: <br /> 1. The project, including the residence for the park manager, <br /> must remain in unitary ownership. <br /> 2.
