It's about being,staying on the time line for the project at hand,and I think also lessons <br /> 15 learned, is how can we anticipate that need and have that vendor set up to meet it without having internal resources here at the <br /> 16 county similar to what we needed to do for interpretive services at the hearing itself,and we're kind of,we're trying to problem solve <br /> 17 that, but it's more a matter of timing than the actual putting it all together.
