It stops about 250' short of East Scarlett Mountain Road across <br /> the full length of the site east to west. This area could currently be developed all <br /> the way to East Scarlett Mountain Road. Without the reallocation of open space <br /> proposed as part of this Special Use Permit Modification, this would be the most <br /> likely outcome (See Exhibit J).
