In 2016 he joined Stewart, Martin & <br /> McCoy, LLC as a Principal partner. He has over 40 years of experience in renovating single family & multifamily <br /> properties for resale& long term hold for capital appreciation.Working with a partner, he has built or renovated <br /> over 250 rental units using federal & state tax credits, & community block grant funds. Jarvis earned a Bachelor <br /> of Science in Commerce and a Master of Science in Commerce, both degrees from North Carolina Central <br /> University.
