<br /> Town of Chapel Hill Fire Station#5,Chapel Hill, NC,Site Design for a new 4 bay fire station on a high profile site south of
<br /> Chapel Hill. Work involved entitlements through the Town process,2 community meetings,site design and construction
<br /> phase services.The project also involved coordination with an artist selected by the Town for placement of an outdoor
<br /> sculpture.

<br /> school in southwest Durham.Work included site selection, master planning, approvals and permits, documentation, bidding,

<br /> Durham Bulls Athletic Park, Durham, NC,2015 site design services for major upgrades and renovations to the 10,000 seat
<br /> home to the Durham Bulls Triple A MiLB Team. Originally opened in 1995,the stadium was in need of major upgrades to
<br /> drainage,ADA accessibility,service areas, pedestrian concourses,ADA accessibility and additional food vending areas.
<br /> Our work also included shepherding the project through several complicated permitting processes with the City, and a tight
<br /> schedule precipitated by needing to complete the work in the off-season,which was successful.
