The EA application, <br /> SUP application, and site plan were sent to local, state, and federal agencies for review. <br /> On February 16, 2024, the applicant submitted an Environmental Assessment application as <br /> required within Section 6.16 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. Staff did <br /> not identify any element of the Project requiring the completion/submittal of an Environmental <br /> Impact Statement (EIS).
