The project is located within <br /> 10.27 acres of property at 2560 Jones Ferry Road in Durham, North Carolina. <br /> The request proposes development consisting of: <br /> ■ Addition of 18-ft wide gravel access driveway and new grave sites <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon a submitted Site Plan sealed on <br /> February 16, 2024, and a submitted Preliminary Stormwater Impact Analysis sealed on <br /> February 15, 2024. These findings should not be interpreted as the Division's final <br /> analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon zoning approval, the proposed <br /> development would then be required to submit a Land Disturbing Permit (LDP) which <br /> would formally review and approve development activity consistent with the Conditional <br /> Zoning Plan. <br /> Erosion and Sedimentation Control (E&SC): <br /> According to current Orange County GIS imagery of the project parcel, there is one <br /> mapped stream feature within the project parcel boundaries.
