These species were likely not identified by IPaC due to their historical <br /> ranking within the county. As an added precaution, habitat assessments for these <br /> species were also conducted and the results are presented below. <br /> Table 3. A review of the Winter (January) 2023 NCNHP dataset <br /> indicates no known pondberry EO's within the PSA, or within 1.0 mile of the PSA. <br /> Michaux's sumac <br /> USFWS Optimal Survey Window: May—October <br /> Biological Conclusion: No Effect <br /> Suitable habitat for Michaux's sumac is not present within the PSA in the form of <br /> roadside/utility rights-of-way and field edges.
