Site Plan Reviews <br /> We offer the following assessment for Development Advisory Committee's (DAC) <br /> considerations. <br /> Methodology: <br /> The following resources are used, each with separate comments: <br /> UDO: <br /> Does not meet the threshold (800 trips/day, AADT) to require a Traffic Impact Analysis <br /> (TIA) for a Special Use Permit (SUP) per UDO 6.17.2.(1). <br /> Orange County Complete Street Policy, October 2022: <br /> Address active transportation (e.g. non-vehicular travel) <br /> Orange County Vision Zero Policy October 2022: <br /> Address safety for all users. <br /> Short Range and Lonq Range Transit Plans: <br /> NC 54 Multimodal Corridor Study scheduled for approval September 5, 2023, <br /> anticipates transit improvements along regional corridor <br /> All other Transportation Plans: <br /> NC 54 Multimodal Corridor Study scheduled for approval September 5, 2023, <br /> anticipates widened NC 54 with shared use path along development area. <br /> Thank you very much for the opportunity to review and provide comments.
