The project is located within 21.51 acres <br /> of property located along NC 54W. <br /> The request proposes development consisting of: <br /> ■ 20 cabins <br /> ■ Community building, community shelter and <br /> ■ Bath house <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon a required Site Plan, submitted on April 19, <br /> 2023. No supporting stormwater management calculations nor stormwater management <br /> concept design(s) were available to Staff at the time of this assessment. These findings should <br /> not be interpreted as the Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon <br /> zoning approval,the proposed development would then be required to submit a Land Disturbing <br /> Permit (LDP) which would formally review and approve development activity consistent with the <br /> Site Plan. <br /> Erosion & Sedimentation Control (E&SQ <br /> Based on the submitted materials for the proposed development, the project could meet the <br /> basic Erosion and Sedimentation Control requirements as required by Orange County UDO <br /> Section 6.15 and could be developed as generally proposed.
