Each cabin is required to have sprinklers. <br /> 2. Second story host apartment above the community building is also required to have <br /> sprinklers. <br /> 3. On site water will meet flow requirements per the sprinkler design calculations and flow <br /> requirements for other structures on site. <br /> 4. Maintain 360-degree access around each building and cabin. <br /> 5. Addressing will need to be contrasting numbers on each building including cabins visible <br /> from the road with 6-inch letters and/or numbers. <br /> 6. Road may be upgraded to 12 feet provided it is maintained to hold at least 75,000 <br /> pounds and support load during unfavorable weather conditions and pending no other <br /> stricter requirements from NC DOT. <br /> 7.
