The plat shall include the specific location of the proposed <br /> dwelling and appurtances, the site for the proposed wastewater system, and the location of water supplies <br /> (i.e. private well) and surface waters. <br /> 2: The proposed house location and proposed driveway shall be clearly identified on the plat.The house <br /> location can be within a large envelope (i.e. 100 feet x 100 feet) to allow for some flexibility with <br /> construction.
