Water and wastewater services will be <br /> provided via a private well and septic system that meet Orange County Environmental Health standards. <br /> Erosion Control/Stormwater Regulations <br /> Development Services has No Objections to the approval of the SUP request so long as a complete Land <br /> Disturbing permit (LDP) application, supporting plans, and calculations are submitted for review, processing, <br /> and approval prior to commencement of on-site Land-Disturbing Activity. <br /> Land Use Buffers/Setbacks <br /> North 30' Type B Buffer/20' Setback <br /> Deviation proposed by applicant for a 430-foot segment of the northern boundary line <br /> buffer, which shall be modified to preserve the existing farm road corridor. This condition <br /> and the proposed mitigation are detailed in the Voluntary Conditions. <br /> South 75' Type E Buffer/40' Setback <br /> East 30' Type B Buffer/20' Setback <br /> West 30' Type B Buffer/20' Setback <br /> Environmental Assessment (EA) <br /> The applicant has provided an Environmental Assessment (EA) application and supporting materials as <br /> required in Section 6.16 of the UDO with their submittal. These materials were shared with various State <br /> agencies via the NC Department of Administration's State Clearinghouse. Planning and Department of <br /> Environment Agriculture Park and Recreation (DEAPR) staff have jointly reviewed the materials and <br /> agree with a determination of"Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)" as required in Section 2.25.1 (B) <br /> (5) of the UDO. North Carolina Wildlife Commission recommended a minimum 100 ft. native, undisturbed <br /> forested buffer along each side of perennial streams. The State Historic Preservation Office stated that <br /> the development will have no adverse effect on the Oaks Rural Historic District. <br /> Solid Waste <br /> The applicant has indicated development within the project will conform to the Orange County Solid <br /> Waste Management Ordinance. A Solid Waste Management Plan was submitted and reviewed. <br />
