Measures that the
Applicant is actively working on include an assessment of how to optimize
accommodations for overflow parking. It must be noted, however, the parking provided
on the site plan meets or exceeds the parking requirements for the requested special
uses. Any overflow parking would be provided to address needs arising from one-off
special events, and the Applicant is committed to formulating an approach to
accommodate such needs. The Applicant is also considering ways to ensure that project
guests are at all times informed of the boundaries of the property and are on notice about
the expectation for the project to be a good neighbor to adjoining properties. Methods for
notifying guests and actively insuring awareness of these points is being considered.
2
24293A-000001/457545 v1
