Measures that the <br /> Applicant is actively working on include an assessment of how to optimize <br /> accommodations for overflow parking. It must be noted, however, the parking provided <br /> on the site plan meets or exceeds the parking requirements for the requested special <br /> uses. Any overflow parking would be provided to address needs arising from one-off <br /> special events, and the Applicant is committed to formulating an approach to <br /> accommodate such needs. The Applicant is also considering ways to ensure that project <br /> guests are at all times informed of the boundaries of the property and are on notice about <br /> the expectation for the project to be a good neighbor to adjoining properties.
