The Nest is planning an exciting project for the Property which will <br /> consist of a short-term cabin-style lodging and retreat center(the"Project").The impetus for the Project and the <br /> mission behind The Nest's efforts is to provide a community space, retreat and lodging center that will serve <br /> visitors and the local community. The Project will include approximately twenty (20) low impact, bungalow- <br /> style cabins and a community building that will be open to guests and available to the community on a for-rent <br /> basis. <br /> In order to proceed with the Project,The Nest recently submitted an application for a Special Use Permit <br /> to the Orange County Planning Department. You are receiving this letter and enclosed Notice as an owner of <br /> real property within 1,000 feet of the Property and to extend you an invitation to a Neighborhood Information <br /> Meeting to learn more about The Nest,the Property and the Project. <br /> More specific information about the Project and the meeting are outlined in the enclosed Notice,but we <br /> would love to see you in attendance at the Neighborhood Information Meeting on Wednesday,May 24,at 6:00 <br /> P.M.,in the Farm Table Room at the Eddy Pub,which is located at 1715 Saxapahaw-Bethlehem Church <br /> Road,Graham,North Carolina 27340. <br /> The Nest team is excited to work with this special Property to offer a valuable and impactful service to <br /> the Orange County and surrounding community and others from outside the community.
