Proposed project includes subdividing the current parcel into three lots as <br />shown in the proposed SUP Site Plan included with this submittal. The proposed uses include an athletic club <br />and baseball and softball fields each developed on dedicated parcels. These facilities will be served by their <br />own dedicated SCM for a stormwater treatment and attenuation. PROJECT #22 -0214.010. PIN: 9883-19-4355 <br />Two (2) Superfund Section sites and one (1) Brownfields Program Sites were identified within one mile <br />of the project as shown on the attached report. The Superfund Section recommends that site files be <br />reviewed to ensure that appropriate precautions are incorporated into any construction activities that <br />encounter potentially contaminated soil or groundwater.
