The proposed uses include an athletic club <br />and baseball and softball fields each developed on dedicated parcels. <br />These facilities will be served by their own dedicated SCM for a <br />stormwater treatment and attenuation. <br />Orange County <br />Date: October 12, 2023 <br />The Department of Environment Quality has reviewed the proposal for the referenced project. Based <br />on the information provided, several of our agencies have identified permits that may be required <br />and offered some valuable guidance to further minimize impacts to aquatic and terrestrial wildlife <br />resources.
