<br />Noise Specialist
<br />Tad is a transportation engineer specializing in the analysis and
<br />modeling of noise as well as noise mitigation measures. He has been
<br />involved in the study of a variety of private development projects ranging
<br />from residential communities to industrial complexes and renewable
<br />energy projects as well as public transportation projects. Tad also
<br />assists with the review and implementation of various noise abatement
<br />measures, when applicable, for a multitude of projects and understands the
<br />need to balance the function and budget for many types of abatement
<br />recommendations. He has also successfully completed the National Highway
<br />Institute Highway Traffic Noise and FHWA TNM 2.5 courses and has
<br />provided noise data collection and analysis services for hundreds of projects
<br />across the Nation. He is proficient in the use of GIS and noise modeling
<br />software, including ArcGIS, TNM 2.5, and SoundPLAN.
