Picardy Point is newer which has homes built in the late 1980s through 1990s. <br />There haven’t been any recent sales adjoining that part of the park, but the MLS estimate <br />shows homes ranging from $797,000 to $823,000. <br />The Highlands has homes built in the 1970s. I found 5 recent home sales in that <br />subdivision with prices ranging from $299,000 to $350,000.
