The only proposed items for discussion was we hadn't received any applications <br /> 20 that would require the Board's attention at this time. The only proposed action item was work plan for presentation with <br /> 21 the commissioners in January. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Leon Meyers: Okay. That would be the only other item that would be on the November agenda. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Cy Stober: We could also give you December agenda for the work plan. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Leon Meyers: I'm continuing the hearing to a day that hasn't been noticed a Board of Adjustment hearing already, that's <br /> 28 not a problem legally or otherwise. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Cy Stober: The hearing has been noticed for this evening as being continued to a date certain. The hearing has been <br /> 31 opened so no new individuals can sign up to speak that the hearing or be sworn in. All those who were sworn in this <br /> 32 evening would be the only ones eligible to speak at the continued hearing. The date is at the pleasure of the Board and <br /> 33 within reason and no conflict staff with accommodate the board's wished in that regard, but I don't have any concerns <br /> 34 with what the date the Board selects, particularly, if you keep it on Wednesday. My apologies, November 1 st is our <br /> 35 scheduled Planning Board meeting with you having agenda for that. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Beth Bronson: So I'll make a motion to continue the hearing until November 8th, at which time, we will reconvene with, <br /> 38 presumably, a five-member Board based on the applicant's preference and the Board's agreement. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 MOTION made by Beth Bronson to continue Board of Adjustment meeting to November 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm.
