As part of the application we're paring down the Lawrence
Road TIA to just reflect the recreational uses and will be resubmitting the TIA to the County next week(7/19). Summit
tweaked the plan slightly for the tennis club and now show more indoor recreation for that building, so we changed the
land use from 491 (Tennis Club)to 495 (Recreation Center). So, we now show more trips for that portion of the
development, and we show some trips in the AM peak hour. Remainder of the site trip generation did not change.
Obviously, the site trips are way less than the previous plan, but we just kept everything else about the TIA the same to
be consistent, including the counts, study area intersections, build year, growth rates, overall distribution, etc. The only
change to trip assignment was due to the recreational building moving the access from the US 70 side to the Lawrence
Road side, as shown on attached concept. That does concentrate the traffic to that facility to the Lawrence Road
entrance, and may result in needing a left-turn lane on Lawrence Road for the recreational uses. We'll confirm that in
the TIA.
I've attached the new site plan and trip generation is below for reference.
