A couple clarifications: <br /> • The tennis/recreational facility will be accessed exclusively off the internal street network as before. The only <br /> difference it moved from the north-south street to the east-west one. The internal street system is exactly the <br /> same and the connections to Lawrence Road and US 70 Alt remain unchanged. My point about Lawrence Road <br /> was that because it was connecting closer to Lawrence the trip assignment to that driveway changed to favor <br /> Lawrence. Folks will still use US 70 Alt to access the facility. <br /> • Regarding the future development of the other lot, my understanding is that the user originally envisioned for <br /> that parcel is no longer involved. Therefore, at this time the owner truly has no idea what could go there, so I <br /> would hate to speculate at this time. I would assume whatever develops there would have to do their own <br /> 1 <br />
