57 <br /> 6.1 US 70 Alt. at Lawrence Road <br /> Analyses indicate that the unsignalized intersection of US 70 Alt. at Lawrence Road <br /> operates at LOS F in the AM peak hour and LOS D in the PM peak hour in the existing <br /> (2022) traffic conditions. The intersection is currently an all-way stop with a crash history. <br /> The intersection is projected to operate at LOS F in the AM peak hour and LOS E in the <br /> PM peak hour in the projected (2025) background traffic conditions. <br /> Upon build-out of the proposed development, the intersection is expected to operate at <br /> LOS F in both peak hours.
