Proposed project includes subdividing the current parcel into three lots as <br /> shown in the proposed SUP Site Plan included with this submittal. The proposed uses include an athletic club <br /> and baseball and softball fields each developed on dedicated parcels. These facilities will be served by their <br /> own dedicated SCM for a stormwater treatment and attenuation. PROJECT#22-0214.010. PIN: 9883-19-4355 <br /> Two (2) Superfund Section sites and one (1) Brownfields Program Sites were identified within one mile <br /> of the project as shown on the attached report. The Superfund Section recommends that site files be <br /> reviewed to ensure that appropriate precautions are incorporated into any construction activities that <br /> encounter potentially contaminated soil or groundwater.
