47 <br /> 3.0 Traffic Generation <br /> Trips for the site were generated assuming a 61,400 square-foot indoor recreation <br /> facility (ITE LUC 495) and 45 additional acres of outdoor recreational area, which was <br /> generated using data published in the Pleasant Park Traffic Study (VHB, 8/10/16). This <br /> study surveyed local recreational areas to derive a trip generation rate based on utilized <br /> acres.
