<br /> Lyle has enjoyed a 30-year career with both public and private entities in North
<br /> Carolina and Virginia, ranging from a transportation engineer focusing on traffic
<br /> and safety studies to a Managing Director of NC operations for a national
<br /> �P consulting firm. He has worked in these multifaceted roles and addressed many
<br /> significantly challenging transportation initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic. Lyle has an
<br /> extensive background in traffic operations, traffic calming, functional design, traffic safety, traffic
<br /> impact analysis, and regional and metropolitan transportation planning. His experience includes
<br /> performing complex traffic flow, capacity, and planning analyses for arterials, roundabouts, innovative
<br /> intersections, freeways, rural roadways, signal systems, and isolated intersections.
