Proposed project is for the construction of a public charter school, baseball and <br /> soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts, a skate park, an open field and parking lots. <br /> Three (3) Superfund Section sites were identified within one mile of the project as shown on the <br /> attached report. The Superfund Section recommends that site files be reviewed to ensure that appropriate <br /> precautions are incorporated into any construction activities that encounter potentially contaminated soil <br /> or groundwater.
