42 <br /> 1.0 Introduction <br /> Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. has performed a Traffic Impact Analysis for the <br /> proposed Lawrence Road Development located in the southeastern quadrant of the <br /> intersection of US 70 Alt. and Lawrence Road in Hillsborough, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina. The development is proposed to consist of a multi-use recreational area. The <br /> site is proposed to be accessed by two new full-movement driveways along Lawrence <br /> Road and US 70 Alt. The development is proposed to be built-out by the year 2025. <br /> This report presents trip generation, distribution, traffic and queueing analyses, and <br /> recommendations for transportation improvements required to meet anticipated traffic <br /> demands in conjunction with the development. The following traffic conditions were <br /> studied: <br /> • Existing Traffic (2022) <br /> • Projected Background Traffic (2025) <br /> • Projected Build-out Traffic (2025) <br /> Analyses were performed for the AM peak hour (7-9 AM) and PM peak hour (4-6 PM). <br />
