426
The times of operation have been revised to simply state hours of operation are Sam-lOpm 7 days a
week.
4. Please add a note that addresses UDO Section 5.7.2(A)(6): "All outdoor recreational facilities shall
utilize a combination of screens, fences, nets, berms, or vegetation to keep equipment on the property."
If this detail is found elsewhere in the application, let me know so I can appropriately account for it.
This note has been added to the cover sheet as note#15
September 22nd 2023
1. Sheet C-5 Lighting Plan says "See Separate Lighting Plan for Baseball"but I'm not seeing a separate sheet
in the latest and it looks like Lot 2 is displaying some lighting calculations in various places across the fields.
This sheet has been added to the set.
2. Sheet C-4 details a Type C, 40'buffer while also detailing a 30' development perimeter buffer. It's not clear
to me the intended difference between the Type C and "development perimeter buffer." Was that an
intended distinction or which one is to be understood at the proposed landscaping buffer?
Please specify where 40' is shown. A 30' development perimeter buffer is proposed around the site to
increase the opacity between the subject and neighboring properties. "Type C" refers to the
requirements of supplementation of the existing woody vegetation within the buffer to remain.
Thank y u,
William Wirt, PE
0 2
