In addition to the plan note detailing standard hours of operation and response to comments clarifying that <br /> there will be no public address system, an applicant to consider providing such commitments as an <br /> addendum to the application narrative or as a Condition of Approval for the SUP. <br /> These commitments are listed as part of the project notes on the cover sheet of the plans. <br /> 2. Where is the note related to the number of members(UDO Section 5.7.2(C))accounted for in the <br /> application?Will this be provided as a site plan note or is an updated application narrative to be provided? <br /> Note has been added to the site information table on the cover sheet. <br /> 3. This submitted set is missing C-5 Lighting Plan,please update to include it. <br /> The Lighting Plan(C-5)is now included in the plan set. <br /> Solid Waste Comments: <br /> 1. Plans need to show location(s)of waste enclosures where trash dumpsters, cardboard dumpsters, and <br /> recycling carts will go. Collection vehicles need to be able to safely access the enclosure(s)and be able to <br /> turn around if not able to loop out. <br /> The dumpster enclosures are shown on the site plan. Truck turn exhibits will be provided with <br /> construction drawings.
