No applications have been received for septic, well, or food service. <br /> Correct. Application will be submitted with Construction Drawings. <br /> Fire and Life Safety Comments: <br /> 1. Flow will have to be met for each building. <br /> Noted. <br /> 2. Fire apparatus access will have to be provided 360 degrees around all buildings. <br /> Noted. See note#10 on the cover sheet. <br /> 3. There may need to be designed fire lands depending on the location of hydrants and FDC. <br /> Noted. <br /> 4. All applicable fire permits will have to be applied for separately via the permitting portal to the Fire&Life <br /> Safety Division. These may be in addition to the Building Permits. <br /> Noted. <br /> Building inspections Comments: <br /> 1. All applicable permits are to be issued prior to construction activities. <br /> Noted. <br /> 2. Please note that ADA parking must be provided for all separate parking areas. <br /> Noted.
