Advise applicant of the non-residential land disturbance thresholds for Erosion Control and Stormwater. <br /> Also advise the applicant that the project is considered a common project of development with <br /> disturbance(s)being cumulative, regardless of the phase, use or occupant(s). <br /> Noted.
