The project is located within 36.08 of 85.66 acres <br /> of property at TBD Lawrence Rd. The request proposes development <br /> consisting of: <br /> ■ Lot 1 Recreation Facility: In-door/outdoor recreation courts for basketball, <br /> volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and health fitness facilities. <br /> ■ Lot 2 Recreation Facility: Outdoor baseball fields with announcer, bathrooms, <br /> and concessions. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required <br /> Site Plan, dated July 19, 2023. These findings should not be interpreted as the <br /> Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed development. Soil and <br /> site evaluations have not been conducted by the Orange County Health <br /> Department, Environmental Health Division.
