396 <br /> Lawrence Road Recreational Facilities <br /> October 5, 2023, NIM Meeting Discussion Topics <br /> The neighborhood information meeting began at 6:00 PM and lasted until 7:00 PM.The project team <br /> was represented by Patrick Byker(attorney for the applicant), Will Wirt(project engineer), Lyle <br /> Overcash (traffic engineer), Patrick Cummings (representative of HYAA), and John Pelphrey <br /> (representative of OTC). Before turning the floor over to questions,the project team gave short <br /> presentations on the special use permit conditions, road improvements associated with the <br /> development,the height of the indoor recreational facility,the operations of the tennis and baseball <br /> facilities, stormwater infrastructure, and sidewalks and pedestrian infrastructure. Attendees then asked <br /> questions regarding traffic in the vicinity of the project, noise, stormwater runoff, water usage, whether <br /> the facilities will be publicly accessible, buffers and setbacks, and the operations of the facilities. <br />
