It is staff determination that the <br /> conditions of approval submitted with the application do exhibit project compliance with existing <br /> ordinance standards, including special use standards, use-specific standards, and development <br /> standards established in the UDO. <br /> "Recreational Facilities" are identified as Use#38 in the Table of Permitted Uses and within Article 10, <br /> Definitions of the UDO as: <br /> "A use of property occurring indoors and/or outdoors providing recreational amenities, activities, <br /> or services for compensation. Activities shall include, but not be limited to: sports played on a <br /> court, amusement arcades, bowling alleys, skating rinks, shooting ranges, billiard and pool <br /> halls, paintball, rope climbing or obstacle courses, go-kart or motor cross tracks, exercise <br /> centers including aerobic and yoga studios, athletic facilities, and gymnasiums." <br />
