The proposed uses include a <br /> athletic club and baseball and softball fields each developed on dedicated parcels. Due to their large volumetric capacity, wet ponds were chosen as the primary SCM for <br /> treatment and attenuation. The wet pond sizing calculations are summarized in the tables <br /> provided in Appendix A. Some elements of the wet ponds, like average depth, were assumed as <br /> the minimum acceptable dimensions as the final dimensions are not currently known. Note that <br /> one SCM will be dedicated to both the baseball field parcel and the public road. <br />
