30 <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> Exhibit J — Conditions of Approval <br /> 1. The parcels included in this SUP will be considered a common project of <br /> development with the disturbances being cumulative, regardless of the phase, <br /> use, or occupants. <br /> 2. The hours of operation for the outdoor tennis facilities and baseball and softball <br /> fields shall be 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. <br /> 3. Sidewalks shall be provided along the property's street frontage outside of the <br /> public right of way. These sidewalks will be privately maintained. A public access <br /> easement shall be provided to allow public access to these sidewalks. <br /> 4. Sidewalks internal to the property shall be provided along all internal roads. <br /> 5. The vesting period for this development shall be five (5) years. <br />
