The project conforms to the requirements of UDO Section 6.11,7(8)by ensuring <br /> that(because the project is located within an urbanizing area of the County)the <br /> hours of operation for the lighting system for any game or event shall be no later <br /> than 11:00 p.m., except to conclude a scheduled event that was in progress <br /> before 11:00 p.m. and circumstances prevented concluding before 11:00 p.m., <br /> and <br /> 14. The project conforms to all the UDO related to signs including the requirements <br /> of UDO Section 6.12.12(G)(3)by ensuring that <br /> a. there shall only be freestanding identification sign on the property, <br /> b. the freestanding identification sign shall be limited to 20 square feet of <br /> sign space <br /> c. the sign will be either a ground or a pole sign, and <br /> d. illumination of the freestanding identification sign follows the provisions <br /> of the UDO. <br /> 15. The project conforms to the requirements of UDO Section 6.13.3(C)(4)by <br /> ensuring that private streets build on the property as part of the project enter <br /> and exit the stream buffer area nearly as perpendicular as possible. <br /> 16. The project conforms to the requirements of UDO Section 6.13.7(8)by <br /> a. designing and providing sedimentation and erosion control measures that <br /> are designed to provide protection from the accelerated erosion and <br /> sedimentation from the calculated maximum peak rates of storm water <br /> runoff from the 10-year frequency storm, and <br /> b. following the design standards for high quality water zones from UDO <br /> Section 6.13.7(8)(6). <br /> 4858-7738-7114,v. 1 <br />
