The use will maintain or promote the public health, safety and general welfare, <br /> 2. The use will maintain or enhance the value of contiguous property <br /> 3. The use will be in harmony with the area and is in compliance with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 4. The project conforms to the requirements of UDO Section 6.13.7(8)by <br /> a. designing and providing sedimentation and erosion control measures <br /> that are designed to provide protection from the accelerated erosion <br /> and sedimentation from the calculated maximum peak rates of <br /> storm water runoff from the 10-year frequency storm, and <br /> b. following the design standards for high quality water zones from UDO <br /> Section 6.13.7(8)(6), <br /> 4858-7738-7114,v. 1 <br />
