15 <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> We intend to call the following as an expert witness: <br /> Expert Witness #2: <br /> Will Wirt, P.E. <br /> Is being offered as an expert in: <br /> Stormwater engineering <br /> They possess specialized knowledge in this field through the following training <br /> and/or experience: <br /> Project Manager for Summit Design and Engineering Services <br /> They reviewed or examined the following data: <br /> Existing stormwater flows at discharge points <br /> They used the following method of analysis when reviewing that data: <br /> Industry standard storm water engineering procedures consistent with the UDO <br /> requirements <br /> This expert opinion is relevant the standard at UDO Section: <br /> 1. 5.3.2(A)(2)(a) <br /> 2. 5.3.2(A)(2)(b) <br /> 3. 5.3.2(A)(2)(c) <br /> 4. 6.13.7(e) <br /> 5. 5.3.2(2)(a) <br /> 6. 5.3.2(2)(c) <br /> It demonstrates that: <br /> 1. The use will maintain or promote the public health, safety and general welfare, <br /> 2. The use will maintain or enhance the value of contiguous property <br /> 3. The use will be in harmony with the area and is in compliance with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 4. The project conforms to the requirements of UDO Section 6.13.7(8)by <br /> a. designing and providing sedimentation and erosion control measures <br /> that are designed to provide protection from the accelerated erosion <br /> and sedimentation from the calculated maximum peak rates of <br /> storm water runoff from the 10-year frequency storm, and <br /> b. following the design standards for high quality water zones from UDO <br /> Section 6.13.7(8)(6), <br /> 4858-7738-7114,v. 1 <br />
