9 <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> Exhibit B - Narrative of Proposed Uses <br /> The proposed recreational facility off US Highway 70A (PIN: 9883194355) (the "Project") <br /> will consist of tennis courts, an indoor recreation center, and several softball and tennis <br /> courts.The tennis courts and indoor recreation center shall be in the northwest corner of <br /> the property and the baseball and softball fields shall be in the southeast corner of the <br /> property. <br /> There will be two points of egress and ingress, one on Lawrence Road and one on US <br /> Highway 70A. Internal driveways will be lined with sidewalks. Parking will be available in <br /> surface lots located near the indoor recreation center and the baseball fields. <br />
