36 <br /> US 70 Multimodal Corridor Study <br /> Plan elements focus on community connectivity, future land use, parks and recreation, rail station planning, <br /> corridor planning, and climate action.A major priority for the Town is multimodal connections, for which the <br /> project team has been evaluating opportunities and feasibility with safety and resiliency at top of mind. The <br /> plan elements are listed with in the 8 main chapters: Town Government & Public Services, Land Use & <br /> Development, Environment & Natural Systems, Transportation &Connectivity, Social Systems & Public Space, <br /> Housing &Affordability, Economic Systems &Tourism, and Climate & Energy. <br /> The plan's transportation and connectivity chapter outline and unifies recommendations listed in the Town's <br /> other controlling plans, with specific future pedestrian and bike facilities.
