Subsequent delay times would have <br /> implications for freight and emergency service travel, as well as everyday commuting and recreation.To offset this, this <br /> study proposes the following infrastructure projects, depicted in Figure 20: <br /> o A.15.1:When US 70 is widened to a four-lane divided facility from McBane Store Road to Buckhorn Road, <br /> include multimodal facilities. <br /> 0 13.1.1: When US 70 is widened to a four-lane divided facility from Buckhorn Road to Lloyds Dairy Road, <br /> include multimodal facilities. <br /> 94 Recommendations <br />
