DRAFT
1 renderings that are in the exhibits, Michael Spinello, another part of the team. He's not here this evening but worked
2 extremely hard to put those together for us and to give you, hopefully, a conceptual and not a formal idea of what the
3 vision for this use is.
4
5 Leon Meyers: Without objection then, Mr. Moffitt, these exhibits will be entered in the record.
6
7 Ryan Moffitt: Thank you, Mr. Chair.
8
9 James Bryan: Mr. Chair, if I could interrupt here. Going through the pack that I have, I have two documents that have
10 labels of Exhibit E on them, it looks like.
11
12 James Bryan: That is correct.
13
14 James Bryan: And then we got the proposed conditions.
15
16 Ryan Moffitt: Thanks for pointing that out, Mr. Bryan. To clarify, the rendering marked Exhibit E is what we would call
17 Applicant's Exhibit E for the evidentiary hearing. The additional document labeled Exhibit E is, that is Exhibit E to the
18 application package, and so that's just a copy of the proposed conditions that I just read into the record. I included that
19 in the packet so that everyone would have the most recent list of conditions. But it references Exhibit E as Exhibit E to
20 the application packet.
21
22 Leon Meyers: Let's call the conditions Exhibit E1 just for the purpose of clarity.
23
24 Ryan Moffitt: That works.
25
26 Leon Meyers: May I interrupt you for a minute, Mr. Moffitt. That was a mouthful. See if the Board has any questions
27 about Mr. Moffitt's presentation to this point, about the conditions.
28
29 Beth Bronson: The No. 15, one of the two, the adjustments of structures, driveways, and parking areas no more than 10
30 percent change in ground coverage. Is that for any ground coverage spread out through the entire facility, or 10
31 percent in parking, 10 percent in lighting, 10 percent in driveways?
32
33 Ryan Moffitt: That would be each component, each individual compartment. And the reason for that is because we are
34 so early on in.
35
36 Beth Bronson: Okay, yeah.
37
38 Ryan Moffitt: The process. Tweaks will yeah.
39
40 Beth Bronson: Okay, so just wanted to clarify for the record that the shift of 10 percent change in ground cover for
41 structures is separate from 10 percent change in driveways.
42
43 Ryan Moffitt: Yes.
44
45 Beth Bronson: Different from 10 percent in parking areas?
46
47 Ryan Moffitt: Yes.
48
49 Beth Bronson: And there are only five parking areas at the proposed bathhouse, and that's also considered proposed
50 parking for the cabins?
8
