DRAFT
1
2 Beth Bronson: Is that right? Okay.
3
4 Nathan Robinson: They're, you're using the onsite wood? You're milling and drying it now?
5
6 Bobby Tucker: Yeah. I mean it's; the logs are sitting there. I mean this right now is a forestry thin, like, a forestry health
7 thinning, right. And at this point until we get further another in design, we'll go out and we'll survey out and know where
8 all the cabins are going to be, and then we can make additional, we know where the road's going to be, and then we
9 can make additional decisions on what trees are going to go, but these pines are, you know, 80-plus years, and they're,
10 if you don't take 'em out, they're going to start dying and falling, going to be a liability.
11
12 Nathan Robinson: So is the design, is it all on. Is that kind of the design?
13
14 Bobby Tucker: That's a good point.
15
16 Nathan Robinson: Of the foundation?
17
18 Bobby Tucker: Yeah, these are going to be footers. So, it's raised up. So, another way to reduce root impact and
19 disturbance.
20
21 Nathan Robinson: And so, are they insulated and heated?
22
23 Bobby Tucker: No, you're roughing it.
24
25 Nathan Robinson: So, it's just electricity?
26
27 Bobby Tucker: Well, that, that 100 percent electricity, we, at one point it was a no but—
28
29 Gary Cullen: Oh, no, yes, we had decided that electricity was—well, we're still discussing it.
30
31 Bobby Tucker: Maybe, yeah, still in, to be discussed, but yeah.
32
33 Nathan Robinson: Okay. Were there any concerns about lighting? Is that I'm curious about two things: No. 1, the
34 electricity, but that just came up in my brain, but the other thing, did the owner to the north in the public, in the
35 community meetings, did he have conversations with you regarding how close the road is going up to his property line?
36
37 Bobby Tucker: This is Pluck Farm?
38
39 Beth Bronson: Mm hmm.
40
41 Bobby Tucker: No, no, they have not. They weren't even there. They've been very supportive of this project.
42
43 Nathan Robinson: Okay.
44
45 Bobby Tucker: Yeah.
46
47 Nathan Robinson: So, they're not requiring a consistent—so is there a requirement from the planning department for a
48 consistent setback with the boundary there?
49
23
