understatement because the whole cabins, everything's going to get kind of tucked into the woods. I mean, there's
going to be no mass clearing, really, and so it's kind of be, almost continuous canopy. Like, yeah, we got to take down
and open some areas for the septic drain field but, you know the whole site's kind of going to stay forested, other than
where we're putting structures. You know, we've worked to really reduce and minimize lighting impacts. And back on
the road too is that, and this kind of follows one of the previous questions, where we are using putting fire suppression
sprinklers in these cabins in order to reduce the road width to 12 foot and not have to go and put a giant 12 foot, or 20-
foot road in there for emergency vehicle that may or may not, you know, ever be used. So, 12 foot is still too big for
what the site uses are going to be. I mean, we're not, they're not planning on having continuous, you know, vehicle
traffic to the cabins, but that's what the fire marshal was comfortable with as long as we were to sprinkler the home. So
that's an extra cost at the client for the sake of minimizing impact and preserving trees. And then I guess we would call
out the one variance, the main variance that we are asking or proposing would be that northern buffer where it's hard,
where the existing road is pushing right up against that property line to want to take down mature trees to try and plant
new vegetation in a gravel roadbed, so it's just kind of one of those things. Can we get by? The adjacent property
owners have not objected to that. I believe that is in writing. So other than that, we have really worked hard to abide by
both the regulations in the UDO and certainly outside input from the community. That's really all I've got to say, unless
there's any questions.

Leon Meyers: Thank you. Any questions for Mr. Tucker?

Nathan Robinson: So, I see that you have the 30 feet? Is it 30-foot setback at the north side of the property and then
the road goes through there? What do the, how is that?

Nathan Robinson: I presume you've made some plans for?

Bobby Tucker: 30 Vegetative buffers. There's a 50-foot structure setback. Which one are you referring to?

Nathan Robinson: And is there a road there, I mean, you can't have a buffer with on top of a road, right?

Bobby Tucker: Which, yeah, so in that area, we are encroaching in the 30-foot vegetated buffer.

Nathan Robinson: Right.

Bobby Tucker: And in lieu of that, we're going to increase the density of more of your understory shrub plantings there.
But, also, we'll offset and move the buffer onto the inside of the road as well to kind of meet the intent. And again, 1
mean, we've spaced these cabins out for privacy, you know, so there will be, you know, it's not like it's going to be
cleared out and there'll be a mass view. I mean, you know, there's going to be vegetation and plantings and allow
things to pop up, because once you start pulling those pines out, you know, you're going to see, poof, it'll be a real
dense.

Nathan Robinson: Right.

Bobby Tucker: Understory for a bit. What y'all looking for the.

Beth Bronson: Are you proposing to build on site or have those cabins delivered?

Bobby Tucker: Oh, the cabins will be constructed on site.

Beth Bronson: On site.

Bobby Tucker: Yeah, and I think pretty much entirely of wood they're milling there so
