The business will be operated by the non-profit. It will fund, the business will fund the non- <br /> 44 profit. But it will operate as a lodging operation, and it will have a community building that will be used for the training of <br /> 45 the employees on the property, but the community building will also be available to the public to groups to convene <br /> 46 there. The Nest will host or the non-profit will host events for its employees, but also for the public, and it will also make <br /> 47 the space available for public groups to use as well. So it's a space that the public can pay a fee to rent and do their <br /> 48 own education, cultural type programming as well. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Beth Bronson: And this would be separate from the non-profit that it's being leased to?
