Gary Cullen: So, really, the main purpose and the concept of having cabins and community is to have short-term guests
to kind of fulfill the tasks. So, you think about kind of that experience of greeting somebody turning into actually turning
and cleaning the facilities to kind of making sure that the garden and the paths are well lit and kind of maintained. We
expect that we'll have training of individual disabilities who will be on site to greet those guests, and primarily, it'll be
weekend kind of usage as we kind of get up to speed and make sure that we have a good experience built for the
people that we're employing, as well as for the guests who are, obviously, paying their dollars, want to have a good
experience, so we kind of see how that would work.

Ryan Moffitt: What, as far as?

Leon Meyers: Excuse me. Mr. Moffitt, if you'd just come to the mic while you're speaking so you get picked up on the
record.

Ryan Moffitt: Oh, no problem. The other question is this is going to be available to the public for their own assembly
uses.

Gary Cullen: Yep.

Ryan Moffitt: And what sorts of things do you envision coming out of this.

Gary Cullen: Yeah, so we've talked a lot about this. We kind of, we want to invite people who don't have any
experience to interact with people with disabilities and kind of remove the stigma, so a lot of the things we're thinking
about is small pop-up, you know, not, small activities. So, we think about if we're teaching people culinary skills so if
you're a guest at the cabin you can have a packed lunch or a packed dinner. We may twice a month have a meal that
would invite 20 people to kind of experience with the servers are people with disabilities, the cooks have disabilities, et
cetera, and so forth. So, the majority of what we're envisioning, and again, a long process to get to the first step, which
is tonight, is that type of, everything we're thinking about kind of doing on property and kind of the intention is to make
sure that it supports the employment and the interaction. So that's, that's the essential vision.

Ryan Moffitt: Gary, thanks very much.

Leon Meyers: Okay.

Hope Cullen: Hi, my name is Hope Cullen, and I was sworn in, and I'll be very quick. Thank you so much for taking the
time for this important meeting, and I also wanted to publicly thank Rebecca for leading the charge and getting us to
this point. It's been a tremendous amount of work, and we would not be here with her. As a mom to four young adults,
two of whom live with significant intellectual disabilities, and has arisen from our own experience of shepherding them
into adulthood, only to find the lack of services, daily living supports, and community connections that they crave and
deserve. I am thrilled to be part of The Nest that will give my sons the opportunity to join their peers, neighbors, and
friends in meaningful work while allowing them to gain valuable skills they can utilize and share with others in Orange
County and beyond, so thank you for taking the time this evening.

Leon Meyers: Thank you.

Ryan Moffitt: Before we jump and thanks to all of you for all your work and dedication to this. It's, personally for me,
been a much different kind of project. I'm used to representing developers and builders and, you know, the, it's out of
the box, and it's been a lot of fun to do something a little different and to do it with the mission that the nest has
approached it from, and so before we jump back into some of the more technical conversation, I'll just say that what
you're going to, what this will look like is a service to the community that is going to allow the public to come in and
