Reduced conflict <br /> intersections (RCI) can prepare the US 70 corridor for smart growth east Orange County. These configurations reduce the <br /> number of conflict points at intersections, improving traffic flow and enhancing the safety of pedestrians, bicyclists, and <br /> motorists.
