The project is located within 8.26 acres of property located at 3009 Forrest <br />Avenue in Efland, North Carolina. <br />The request proposes rezoning from R-1 to GC-4 with development consisting of: <br /> One SECU Cash Points ATM <br /> <br />The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required <br />Rezoning Application received February 13, 2024. These findings should not be <br />interpreted as the Division’s final analysis/approval of the proposed development. Upon <br />zoning approval, the proposed development would be under the threshold for a required <br />Land Disturbing Permit (LDP). <br /> <br /> <br />74
