April 1, 2024 <br />Efland Ruritan Club Rezoning Application <br />Case #: MA24-0001 <br />PIN’s: 9854-18-4217 and 9854-18-9274 <br />3009 Forrest Ave. <br />Re: Development Advisory Committee Report (per UDO Section 1.9.5) <br />On March 21, 2024, the Orange County Development Advisory Committee met for a final review <br />and discussion of the conventional rezoning application Case #MA24-0001 from Efland Ruritan <br />Club for PIN’s 9854-18-4217 and 9854-18-9274. <br />The Orange County Development Advisory Committee has no objections to the approval of the <br />zoning atlas amendment so long as the items in the attached departmental memos are <br />addressed.
